About Us

The Velvet Drop was born out of a simple realization — two good friends, four kids between us, and nowhere local that had everything we were looking for. We kept finding the best kids and teen fashion on the East Coast and couldn't get it here in the South Bay. So we decided to bring it to you. We're LA moms with deep New York roots who love fashion, love fun, and love making life a little easier for parents and kids alike.
